Getting Started

How long does setup take?

Most chatbots are set up within 24-48 hours after we receive your business information and knowledge base content. Complex setups with multiple WhatsApp numbers may take up to 72 hours.

What information do I need to provide?

We need your business details (services, pricing, operating hours, FAQ), WhatsApp Business account access, and any specific conversation flows you want the AI to handle. We'll guide you through the process during onboarding.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?

Yes, you need an active WhatsApp Business account. If you don't have one, we can help you set it up during the onboarding process. Regular WhatsApp accounts are not supported.

Using Your Chatbot

How do I update my chatbot's knowledge base?

Growth Partner and Empire Builder subscribers can request knowledge base updates through WhatsApp or email. Growth Partner includes 2 updates/month, while Empire Builder has unlimited updates. Additional updates can be purchased as add-ons.

How does human handoff work?

When the AI detects a complex query or the customer requests human assistance, it notifies you via the admin panel and/or WhatsApp. You can then take over the conversation seamlessly. The customer sees a smooth transition.

Can I see conversation history?

Yes, all conversations are logged in your admin panel. You can view, search, and export conversation history. Data can be exported in JSON or CSV format for your records or analysis.

What languages does the chatbot support?

Growth Partner and Empire Builder tiers support trilingual conversations in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin Chinese. The AI automatically detects and responds in the customer's preferred language.

Technical Questions

What happens if WhatsApp goes down?

If WhatsApp experiences an outage, your chatbot will automatically reconnect once service is restored. We monitor uptime continuously and will notify you of any extended outages.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we implement encryption for data in transit and at rest, secure credential storage, and access controls. We comply with Malaysian PDPA requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I use multiple WhatsApp numbers?

Empire Builder subscribers can connect up to 3 WhatsApp numbers, perfect for different departments or locations. Each number can have its own knowledge base and configuration.

What are the smart protection features?

Our anti-ban protection includes human-like typing delays, message rate limiting, natural response timing, and conversation flow patterns that mimic human behavior. This significantly reduces the risk of WhatsApp restrictions.

Billing & Account

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (FPX), online banking, and manual transfer to our Malaysian bank account. Payment details are provided on your invoice.
