The monthly fee covers 24/7 hosting and monitoring of your chatbot, regular updates when WhatsApp changes, up to 2 knowledge base updates per month, and ongoing support. Without monthly support, if WhatsApp updates (which happens every few weeks), your bot would break and you'd lose leads until it's fixed.
Can I try before I commit to monthly?
Yes! Our Starter package (RM388 one-time) lets you test the technology with no monthly commitment. When you're ready to scale, upgrade to Growth Partner.
What if I want to cancel?
Growth Partner has a 3 months minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We don't do long lock-in contracts.
